3900 THORNTON AVENUE MIXED-USE PROJECT - 3900 Thornton Avenue - PLN2017-00035 - To consider Vesting Tentative Tract Map for Condominium Purposes No. 8383, a Conditional Use Permit, and a Discretionary Design Review Permit to allow a new four-story mixed-use development containing a podium garage and four commercial condominium units totaling 7,124 square feet on the ground floor and 54 residential condominium units on the three upper floors on a vacant 1.05-acre site located at 3900 Thornton Avenue in the Centerville Community Plan Area, and to consider a Categorical Exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines per CEQA Guidelines Section 15332, In-Fill Development Projects.
